CCCAN is a network of individuals and organizations who prioritize action on climate and environmental justice in our County focused on making the full range of activity, our “action ecosystem” in Contra Costa visible and encouraging strengthening this “action ecosystem” by encouraging more networking and connection.
Contra Costa Resource Conservation District
Our mission is to facilitate conservation and stewardship of the natural resources in our county. With the help of our partners, CC RCD strives to provide technical and financial assistance to any willing farmer or rancher interested in conservation opportunities on their properties.
Urban Tilth
Urban Tilth inspires, hires, and trains local residents to cultivate agriculture, feed our community, and restore relationships to land to build a more sustainable food system, within a just and healthier community.
